Before seeing telemetry I could spot a few things: RedBull didn't just win thanks to high top speed, they had great mechanical grip in T11-16. In the last few laps with Lec and Ver back to back, Ver was jumping around a bit more at the end of straight to T17, I would wager that RedBull had softer suspension going here which allowed them to get the edge both on tyre temperature and mechanical grip despite the lower wing.
Now really eagerly awaiting for Ferrari first updates in Barcelona, porpoising is really ruining this car.
Red bull wasn't gaining that much on straight even with 10 kmh advantage on top end. They gained much more on that tight section as you mentioned. Yes they had some advantage on straights but not anything decisive. It did help Verstappen keep that P1 anyway, that's the luxury you have with a car that can actually defend position on straights, unlike anything verstappen has driven so far (reverse 2021 basically).
