Copse flat? Judge for yourself. We have to wait for f1-tempo to come online to do another check, but f1 app says so (not most reliable with high interp).
F1-Tempo has that data up and looks flat.
Yeah, seen it, that was fast. So, now we're like 98% certain it was flat as raw data is only around 4hz, so still in some very (!) rare instances lift can be missed, but it'd have it be less than like 2%.

Interesting Max actually stays in 7th Gear leading up to Copse (and carries a fraction more speed) than Lec and Ham.

Looks like Merc running a little bit more engine mode aswell in FP3.

I knew Hamilton was going to be a force to be reckoned with as soon as he showed up with his British bulldog in the pitlane. The presence of that dog is worrisome.

There isnt that much given the RPM traces. In S1 and S2 the acceleration looks very similar.

https://www.f1-tempo.com/

put the laps of Charles and Max into the site and can see its not miles away IMHO. Max is just miles better out of Becketts than Charles so gets the higher speed advantage before Stowe.

Roscoe will be seen Sunday morning running through the RB and Ferrari garages biting through their tyres 😂

Rain closing in, Possible slight wind change too given the look how the clouds have moved. Think there might be a shower in Q1 then be light/patchy showers for the rest. There is a gap behind the first lot of rain.

We're a few miles upwind of Silverstone and the rain shower that just went through would require inters if it gets to the track.

Must be just about Bichester are you? Watching the radar but it does seem to die out a fraction before it gets to the track,.

Still dry in Milton Keynes, but a band of wet weather is approaching from the west of the circuit

It's just showers and thus is going to be luck of the draw as to whether one gets to the circuit. If they get a shower at one part and the rest is dry then that could be "fun" for the drivers.

Yeah, I think itll be a damp Q1 and dry Q2 and 3 looking at the radar. But anything can change. Track evolution is going to be huge, if theres wet/dry parts like you say.
