Leclerc pit wall must be changed momentarilly. 3 of 13 races completely ruined, completely on their own. Leclerc was so good on his tyres in second stint he could have stayed out 10 more laps and taken softs safely to the end.

The overall team strategy of not favouring any drivers also took the team at least 5s of potential advantage in the first stint, when it was clear how faster Charles was.

Both drivers, chassis and engine dept. must put pressure on the team management for immediate changes in pit wall crew.

Noway.......fook off. we are not a f1 team , we are swj warriors we give equal opportunity to over drivers even if it costs us race time and wins and titles

at the end of the season they are going to present us a trophy for being the most idealistic, fare and equality loving team , that matters more. do hell with championship n titles.

on serious note... you se the result of focusing on your best driver . Max n perez started 10th & 11th. Max ended 1st while perez also recovered to make 5th.

When will Rueda and the rest of the strategists be fired? Isn't it possible to open their eyes wider and monitor the behavior of other drivers' hard tyres? Well, what kind of bunch of clowns is sitting there? Who said the pit-wall clown faces meme was a misjudgment of their skill? Or is it a master plan to drop in the constructors' championship table for the sake of extra time for the CFD and the wind tunnel?

Sainz is seriously poor quality driver. He just didn't make any impression for the whole of first stint and was just happily sitting behind Russell and blocking Leclerc. Ferrari race control and Mattia is incapable of taking strong decisions from that pitwall and then strategy team is there to completely destroy the races. They should have simply let Leclerc jump Sainz after a lap or two and then it could have been a far more decent situation. Was any team with a dominant car this bad ever in race management?
