How long can new inters last on this track and is there a requirement to pit in these conditions?
Quite a while, but switching to the slicks a lap before majority will be a huge advantage, you can avoid the carnage in the pits, or if you wait till a lap later than the majority you might be able to take advantage of a vsc or an sc.

Merc engineer drying the white line in front of hams car on the grid, right on camera.

What a moron. I'm sure that's considered an infringement

Crashing just means red flags and no race. A delay let’s the fans return to their seats also.

It will be embarrassing if it rains again though…
Even red flag break would be shorter than this delay and we'd have more action.

If Mercedes have got any sense, they will use Russell as an early indicator for when dry tyres are the ones to switch to.

It was the closing shot of the grid before the broadcast moved on, it was for about 30seconds.

It's so frustrating seeing it happen, because it's stupid

Cant hear nothing on F1TV grid walk.
Weird right, Sky messed up something with the audio or something
I thought it was trackside speakers blaring things out?

Another call just for the show. Zhou was nowhere near a dangerous position. Terrible for the sport.

Unnecessary SC. Zhou actually parked it to a really safe and easy to remove location.

Even though I don’t like the SC, it was the right call… He was parked on an escape road with Marshall’s required to be move the car… It was the right call

Seriously, what's the sport turning into?
