Tough crowd these Merc fans 😂
Agreed. Race is so boring I'm also considering baiting fellow forum members.....
Yeah agreed. They waited a good 15-30min too much for race start. Sanitising the racing is killing off the sport
Guess the only thing we've got right now is when the pit stop circus for slicks will happen. Thinking Max and Lewis will try and run the tread down to slicks.

Cannot see why they felt the need on the full safety car; Wasn't situations like this the whole reason the VSC was brought in?
Recovery vehicle on track is full SC I think.

Only lap 16? It’s like a WEC race.
If this was wec/SRO GT3 we would have cars nose to tail through pouring rain

Not this delayed start to baby people we are told are the very best.

Will Mercedes experiment with Russell to determine if slicks are the way to go?

They have nothing to lose

No way we make it to 30 without some changes to slicks. Will a medium make it to a shortened end?

Peak sporting commentary here.

It's almost entirely about tyres abd the fact the track isn't drying.

This is a brain dead sport on days like this

A few weeks ago the IGT race at Valencia was wet the entire time, the commentators were just purely comparing lap times and the race was not stale once because of this.

Right now in f1 it seems nothing is happening. The commentators aren't doing good enough to show us the action through the mess

In similar conditions in 2017, the switch was lap 27. So maybe not too far away now?

Too many corners in quick succession. Only thing you can do is follow

Just think the track struggles in the rain due to the climate. Max would have been P4 or higher if the race was dry.

And Liberty wants more tracks like this. 25 event schedule with most of it tracks like this, is going to kill F1 quickly.
