Andreas Haupt has done this before where he calls something new on the car because he expects this part to be new without confirmation that the part fitted actually is new from the factory. Given that you've not seen it to be new, I expect this is still the old floor fitted to the car

The passage way(hole) looks new on the right. .
On the left, it's hard to tell from that angle. Looks like it could be a manufactured part vs a reworked part with a heat gun that we got at SPA.

The changes are probably more rearwards. There is some microscopic ones around the cuts.
'Tire shredder' (red →) has a metallic edge, from edge 2 edge now. & the skirt has a small one too (blue).
New tire cutter is flat/parallel to the ground too, whereas the old one curled upwards.
Estimated gains: 58008 s/lap.

We don't see the "under floor ridge" changes that are probably the BIG Magic.

I agree that there must be changes under the floor and the team have such confidence in correlation that they prepared the floor for both cars rather than Mclaren who only brought a package for Norris.

And Matt Harman said (my link from the other day) that they're using the Wind tunnel just for the 2023 car. So these updates are coming just using CFD.

Yes there must be big changes inside... and I wonder what is that ridge*...
Those official description are often vague and incomplete, with (intentional?) mistakes sometimes...

Speaking of ridges, are these forward-facing steps beneficial, or are they just a compromise & the byproduct of the narrowing of the front part of the 'boat' + the need to comply with the legality boxes etc?
Some say they accomplish an aero task but what is it?

Maybe that's the 'ridge'', Alpine 'added' in Singapore...

A nice never-seen-before internal ski-jump ramp-shaped deflector that seems to divert the radiator hot air upwards and to funnel it towards the rear hot air exit.
