It’s 5 days out so… but the weather on Sunday afternoon to Monday afternoon looks apocalyptic. It really looks like monsoon conditions late Sunday afternoon.

Its already a 5am start for the build up here in the UK - Cant be dealing with any earlier haha. I dont know how those on the other side of the world manage it each week!

Correct. Sergio will have to drop back to if he is running in second. Yes. A RedBull one-two will be sacrificed to ensure the WDC is won in Suzuka.

Max needs to be 6 points clear than Checo. Checo can finish 2nd perfectly fine.

2nd - 18pts

Acutally... Depending on the race Checo can actually have the fastest lap and it can be out of reach if Max's tyres have lost their edge. Checo six points down.. He must fall back in this case.

4 hrs behind you in the carib is neat; usually the EU races are around 8 or 9 AM, a whole lot better dan 13:00 or 14:00 imho. When the race is done, it's often ony 10AM .. love it.
Except Oz is tough .. Japan as well a bit, but F1TV is great in seeing it delayed.

Thankfully we have the fly away Japan -> US -> Mexico -> Brazil race times. For those in the EU, you can manage 4 races.

I doubt if Checo would be there to play any role. Considering how lacklustre he has been on proper racing tracks, I wouldn't be surprised if he would be longing behind the two Mercedes.

Checo could be level on points, but max will win on the number of wins? Haven’t got the sheet in front of me but Charles can come level at the end but obviously one will take it on wins

I think just about every weekend we have heard merc stand their chance or best chance at a podium or win.

I actually like these times of races every so often. One of the reasons I'm excited for Las Vegas. I like waking up in the middle of the night for events like boxing so I expect it to be no different

This one is tpugh to call. Ferrari is not good on tyres in general but they tend to carry nore downforce and that should hell them preserve tyres in the essess and at 130R, so they should be more competititve here.
