Er komt vandaag niets naar buiten (vanuit de FIA) over de budgetcap. Dat zal op z'n vroegst na het weekend zijn.
So, was it just the media that brought Wednesday into the game?Wouter wrote: ↑05 Oct 2022, 15:39From a RBR insider. The administrator of the Max Verstappen site:

I hope if Verstappen wins the title this weekend, it will be about Honda + Red Bull + Verstappen and not budget caps!
Think about it-it's a wet race most likely, might not go full distance, Mercedes will go for fastest lap toward the end. Ferrari are quick and a no-DRS race will mean strategy won't allow for a late pitstop to get fastest lap. Knowing Honda luck, Max will be lucky to finish. Last time we raced at Suzuka I was trackside and weathered the typhoon only for Max to be taken out by Charles.dxpetrov wrote: ↑05 Oct 2022, 11:57Slim chances?! WTF are you on about? He just needs to win it and get FL, which is more than likely feat for him.ispano6 wrote: ↑05 Oct 2022, 04:17Probably a ploy by Mercedes to distract Red Bull so that Max wouldn't win, on his birthday no less. Now Max has a slim chance to win the championship in Japan and more likely to win it in the US, which actually may be a better market and audience to win it in front of.

Let's hope for some luck and a Brazil 2016 performance of Verstappen in a fully wet race. Winning the championship with a performance like that on Suzuka.... Couldn't ask for much moreispano6 wrote: ↑05 Oct 2022, 17:01Think about it-it's a wet race most likely, might not go full distance, Mercedes will go for fastest lap toward the end.
