There isn't room between the flyover supports - the road over is in three parts and each has large supports - and the Singapore Flyer Ferris wheel. The track would have to go where these trees are and would certainly need to be bit of a chicane to fit through there safely.

With the pillars for the bridge and all the buildings there's no way to thread the track through there.
