Alonso hit with a 30 sec penalty.
Angry with that decision.

AGAIN RB was left of the hook….. for how long will they tolerate this stuff with them…
As was Mercedes for a damaged FW on Russell. Let's make this partisan.

Shame on the FIA for being inconsistent with taking action on track, after having been rather decisive with kmag on previous occasions.
Stewards are obviously a p***** when it comes to penalizing top teams. The whole inconsistency things cries for a total revamp.

Didn’t notice that. Also that 5 s penalty for crashing someone out of the race is a joke.

All around, race direction was awful

Alpine has appealed against Haas protest. Reason? It was lodged 25 minutes late! :D
Alpine denounces that the Haas protest was presented 24 minutes out of time, something that the stewards themselves recognized. Article 13.3.5 of the International Sporting Code says that protests must be lodged "no later than 30 minutes after the publication of the provisional classification, except in circumstances where the stewards consider that meeting the 30 minutes is impossible." .

That is indeed a very good question

FIA must answer how Max’s Q1 off track excursion was missed and lap was not deleted too

It is simply unacceptable some are penalised whilst others go unnoticed

There must be 100% consistency

So let me get this straight. The race directors don't send a black and orange flag for Alonso, but penalise him regardless?

Better when you look at the video footage. I posted that on Sunday morning.

Remember the bottom of the wheel has quite a curve too.
Similar to what we seen in Monaco.

I mean if we looking at damage and retrospective penalties. Max had a flappy eyebrow, Norris’ was non existent, Russel drove round with a semi bent end plate all race.
One could argue why no penalty for that, but I guess the mirrors are for safety

race directors are just the puppets. The real culprit is the FIA. there is a concerted effort between FIA and F1 / drivers not to interfere with racing at the front (the spectacle) and not to retroactively change results. For some reason, not to penalise RB.

their bias has been exposed by Haas big time.
