Even with S-M
Or M-S Merc would be far from RB, Hamilton would be challenged by Perez
Amazing race from Ricciardo, happy for him

They played the RB radio just before that i.e. the played the P1 radio, and then the P2 radio. I think you need to check yourself on that.
Its like Merc 2020, some race we thought RB were close but it was just running conservativeInsaneX_Badger wrote: ↑30 Oct 2022, 23:46Wonder how much the gap would have been if Max had to push the whole race. Definitely not 15s between the two
a few? 10 seconds and the gap was increasing...Spoutnik wrote: ↑30 Oct 2022, 23:47Ocon was a few second behind... calm downAlonso Fan wrote: ↑30 Oct 2022, 23:46ric wouldn't have caught alonso. man what a loss to alpine, the guy is a beast

Obviously you need to have a car able to win races, thats how F1 works. But then you need to do it, and VER did it in a manner which shows he is a great driver who has matured over the years.

Given the pace Ricciardo got on a M-S strategy, winning the F1.5 race, surely that would have given Lewis a better race too. I think it would have been a lot closer, but I doubt it would have been enough
