Why not have the Sprint race as the first session so no setup opportunities?
That would really show who and how to setup a car virtually and also help to achieve the carbon neutral status by reducing the need for Practice sessions at all!
Red Bull used the same set of hards yesterday and today, so they still have another new one for tomorrow. Almost no one used new tyres (apart from those not making it any further than Q1).AR3-GP wrote: ↑12 Nov 2022, 21:05Which runs did you compare? Max’s soft tire stint at the end looked roughly 3-4 tenths quicker than Checo’s soft tire stint at the same time. However when they were on hards at the beginning, Perez was almost 1-1.5 seconds quicker.
Note that I wouldn’t expect anyone to use the hard tire today or tomorrow. If I’m not mistaken, RB used one set of hards on Friday, and last new set today.
I got it all backwards in my head It was PErez was amost half a second quicker than Verstappen.search wrote: ↑12 Nov 2022, 21:16Red Bull used the same set of hards yesterday and today, so they still have another new one for tomorrow. Perez 10-lap average was 0,4s quicker than Verstappen's on both tyre types. And he went on to do a longer run than VER on softs.
