Not so nice side of Max coming out this weekend. No surprise given the cars advantage had gone

So Max doesn’t let Perez through? Why?
Good question. He might rewatch last year’s Abu Dhabi race to remember what Perez did in his favor.

What happened to RB? I'm not buying Merc found that much pace. Track specific? Locked into bad setup on Friday? Trialing setup/research on '23?

We all know only reason Max didn't win was because Lewis closed the door on him!
Lol, sure keep telling yourself that.

Max aowes his first WDC to Checo and wouldnt even be a team player for Checo to get P2?

This is why I really don't like Red Bull as a team.

Their second drivers are treated like absolute ---.

I think the call come from above to let Checo back through, so not the teams fault. It was spiteful of Max. Checo has helped him out plenty in the past so I guess that will stop now next season.

Max didn't give the place back to the man that was instrumental in making him win his first championship! Repulsive!

Probably just a combination of things that played to Mercedes and against Redbull. I suspect it will be back to normal next race.

They were caught badly in the Austria sprint weekend with a poor set up. It might have happened again.

If this stops, Perez will be fired. Simple as that.

I’m interested in the explanation of Max for not letting Perez through. Without Perez he would have not become a world champion last season.

Does this mean Russell is mathematically beaten Lewis this season, if so, absolutely fantastic from him 👏

But still, Max felt like he could do that because of the clear difference in status he has in the team, despite Checo being instrumental in securing the WDC.

He feels he can do it because he knows nobody will really care about Checo in the end.

Max did say he has his reasons over team radio at the end of the race.
