Pre season testing live?

Hello F1 fans,

I have few questions that I am very curious about before we get into the F1 race season:

1. Do you watch pre season testing?

2. Unless I am mistaken, we still don’t know if pre season testing will be shown live this year ? (F1 tv or Sky).

3. Will you guys & girls attend this year in Bahrain?

4. Would you have gone if it was in Barcelona this year?

If it was in Barcelona I would have considered attending. Now that it's in Bahrain, I have less than zero interest in attending.

Yeah I believe Bahrain bought exclusive tv rights for preseason testing last year so they'd be the first place wed see the new cars broadcast officially

I'm pretty sure it's covered on F1TV.
At least in the F1TV app is something

Never seen a live televised winter testing... Or at least i don't remember seeing one before...

There are live feeds with photos and video clips to what I can attest to.

F1TV has shown live coverage of winter testing since 2020. Barcelona in '20, Bahrain in '21, and just Bahrain in '22 due to the broadcast deals mentioned above, although they did have highlights and other coverage for the Barcelona test as well.

I feel like sky had some of the winter testing maybe last year or the year before but I wouldn’t swear to it.

I watch as much as I can of the pre-season testing

Last season, it was broadcasted live via F1TV, I would guess it will be the same this year.

Unluckily no, the travel time in and out of Bahrain for me is prohibitive (30+ hours of travel time each way), if it would have been more accessible I may have.

I would have probably attended testing in Barcelona (or any other more easily accessible country).

Testing as well as every practice, qualifying and race session, is all live on Sky Sports F1.
