No. Both the air from and above the vent are fed between the rear and beam wing. Beam wing is fed with air over the floor and through rear suspension. On RB and other teams this comes from over the sidepods mostly, while on Ferrari, Merc and Haas this comes from lateral sidepod flow.
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

You didn't read the whole sentence though! Toto said the sidepod will "change a little bit" which confirms they are sticking to the zero pod concept.
To be honest, the discussion about whether red is still called red even though yellow has been mixed in is too unimportant to me. It's orange for me now. And if Toto pours in more yellow after a few races and wants to keep calling it red for marketing reasons, so what?

same was said by mike eliott so who do we believe?
he said the exposed floor and sidepods aren't causing porpoising

Can't remember anyone here saying zeropods caused bouncing on W13... There were people wondering and debating that idea, but in the end no one pinned the bouncing problems to zeropods.

is it normal that it "stutters" or shake alot when he accelerates ? is that the misfiring?
