Some turning vanes around (possibly a part of) the floor edge wing which obviously skirt legality. I assume they are telling fia that these are their attachment brackets, similar to their argument for their mexico front wing slot gap separators. Might get complained about to be honest

Just spotted that also after brightening the image. Presumably for structural support? Can't imagine it has a huge aero benefit. Might be a compromise from slimming down the mid-wing so much

Not teeth but just small winglets for a smooth flow extraction from under the floor
here's an example of the W13 same thing but for the W14 they're closer to each other

That's just the small winglet hanging from the mid-wing and has been introduced mid season last year.

Looks the same, maybe some less tighter airflow around the floor.
Still looks in the same area though.

Using water trails as indication is not the happiest solution, it depends much on the amount of water on track, if it's raining at the time, etc. Here's a comparison from Japan last year, clearly Merc shot is not quite relevant...
