First testing session over, what have we learned? For me it seems:

RedBull still looks the class of the field (at least in Max's hands).
Ferrari are still closest.
Mercedes are either just data gathering and playing a long game or have not made many gains.
The rest look unlikely to challenge Ferrari or RB but some may be closer to Mercedes.

I know it is early days but I'm not hopeful for close racing with multiple teams contesting for wins and podiums.

Looks like Haas is again running higher engine modes than Ferrari, Ferrari only 3kmh faster on straight with smaller rear wing and more streamlined bodywork doesn't make sense.

Ah, "we will see" makes a lot more sense. "check it out" comes across as more "wow look at that"

It really does depend on the severity. A "break" is very ambiguous. It could mean a slight fracture or compound break. It sounds pretty optimistic if it's just a minor hairline but I guess we'll see
