It's not low-df at all, it's a medium-high downforce design. Pretty much like the wing Ferrari used in 2022 and I'd say slightly less angle than RB had last year also. Encouraging sign for Mercedes fans.

They're gonna be slaughtered by RB and Ferrari in quali with that DRS flap angle though. That wing will suffer from the same problem Ferrari had during the first half of last season

I think that it does have one, it is just really difficult to see because of the lack of contrast between the wing and the background.

Having thrown the brightness to the maximum, I will concur with your opinion.

Just now realised that Ferrari went with lower drag mirror design this year. Instead of standard version they were running last year

Bahrain is fairly unique indeed, but the worrying part is, that it usually is one of Ferrari's best tracks on the calendar. So they better be competitive this weekend...

I'm getting this sense as well. The "doom and gloom" narrative being pushed by the media doesn't seem to be shared (at least directly or indirectly) by the teams. If anything, the general consensus I'm seeing from Mercedes, Ferrari, etc. is optimism for the season.
