Just where he expects the car to be at. Sightly better in race trim than 1 lap. Work ethic of the lads working on the car. Team testing the setup boundaries of the limit to find where its best at. Doesnt want the drivers to scrap with each other but work together to get the car moved forwards.
Mess with the Bull - you get the horns.

wow if that Williams could go round corners it'd be WDC Albon!

Pity Merc couldn't do a wing half way between Lewis's and George's....

I'm 95% sure albon had a big slipstream behind hamilton on main straight, which is skewing the numbers.

Ferrari will comfortably unleash at least 8-9km/h in Q if testing was any indicator, RB something like 5-6km/h
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

Testing had a tailwind down the straight. Today there isn't so that's confusing things a bit

I finally felt some actual leadership emanating from Vowels, and this team has needed that for 20 years. Williams is now my Dark Horse for the 2026 reset!

I'll believe it when I see it.
Fully expecting

Lead Redbull -> Aston 4/10ths back, Ferrari a further 2/10 back and Merc 1or2 further back then that.

I remember In 2021 Mclaren had -15 kmh in Q3 compared to testing (315 vs 330 kmh), mainly due to wing, but perhaps also different ERS strategies.

Ive got all the dogs in this fight. I don't care the order. I want the heart-rate and adrenaline hit from the uncertainty of purple sectors post 🏁. The closer the better, and let the lucky one get pole!

Both Mercs used big wing in final FP3 laps? Seen Russell, but not Hamilton

Hamilton was on mid DF rearwing.
