They need to change the name of this sport to Iron Chef. 6 different chefs into Q3

The evolution of laptimes is insane
It's absolutely remarkable. RB almost got it totally wrong with Perez at least. He went tumbling back.
If perez wanted 2 sets of fresh softs for q3, they had to risk not coming out again. RB opted to lock in a time early so that they weren't vulnerable to a red flag knockout like Ferrari were at the end of Q2

There's easily 7 tenths on the table for Fer ..
That might be a tad ambitious. They're on 1 hot lap used tyres, not 15. Ha.
Well, it was 1.3s ...

We still haven't really seen RB/Ferrari on like for like track conditions/tyres. So q3 could go either

To me it feels like Alonso isn't in the fight for pole based on the qualifying sessions, what you think?

Leclerc will be in the 1.29s I’m sure.

Come on Leclerc, Mercedes had two stabs at it and couldn't get that close.

Leclerc can get pole here even if the car doesn't have the pace

The car seems to have the pace as well, so i expect ferrari pole

Looking at the speed traps, Sam Collins isn't joking. Merc is right up there.

What matters is if they have enough downforce for tomorrow so they can actually race with the others.

It was reported that Merc found double digit hp gains over the winter. In addition to the drag improvement .
