Epic to see Perez on par with Max. Thats a big improvement from last year.
Mess with the Bull - you get the horns.

So the rumours of Merc being 6 tenths back were true.
I would like to see Hulk drive that car or the AMR

What was wrong with Charles? Just as many previous outings and tire usage as Carlos...
Keeping a fresh set of soft for tomorrow
I guess everybody agrees on C3-C1-C1.

Oh I think Leclerc could have been close, so let’s calm down Red Bull fans. I find it very odd that Ferrari didn’t try again unless it was a technical issue but apparently it might be tactical choice to save tyres. We’ll see.
Leclerc even says he would have been in the fight for pole and chose to keep the new tyres, so definitely it’s not a ‘dominant’ or ‘ominous’ RB margin…

Did I understand Leclerc right? They have a new soft, that they kept for tomorrow? Would be interesting.

Was the same at the beginning of last season. Still his main weakness is race pace, not qualy.

Where did Ferrari/RB extra performance come from relative to AMR? Engine or fuel loads?
A good chunk of it was down to drivers nailing it while Alonso messed it up(but he only had 1 lap)

Not really, Perez was close in qualifying from time to time last year as well. Let's wait and see tomorrow. ;)

Max dominant.

RB 1-2

Get used to hearing that this season

Roll on 24’
1 tenth in Q3 in the only headsup they did is dominant !? Come on ..
It's gonna be close this year, closer than last year
I don't think anyone can say for sure either way at this point. But it was .3 to LEC (who didn't do a 2nd lap) and .6 to the next best team. Evidence so far is that RB is in a class of their own on race pace and tire deg, no?
Nah, dominant was the minimum 8 tenths structurally in Merc years ..

What were the speed traps? I believe you said earlier that RB was matching Ferrari.

He was, but dont forget the RB18 grew away from him a little during last season. To say the evolution of that car has brought him closer is positive.

I don't see a lot of RB fans cheering for a 'done and dusted season' though, what's there to calm down?
The people that seem to think '23 is already over aren't the RB fans to be sure.

Same as Hulk - lap time deleted at a moment when there was no chance to have another go. For Gasly it happened in Q1 unfortunately.
