Verstappen 340 kmh now, also at around 3-4 seconds behind hamilton.
Any idea on Ferrari's top speeds?

Makes sense. I think they generally used the qualifying modes in FP3 last year

Verstappen’s long run hard pace quicker than everyone else’s push lap on the softs?

He isn't doing a long run. He was doing push laps on hard - they did the same at Bahrain fp3

Same speeds as they did in fp2. I guess this their fp engine mode. I'm expecting at least 335 for them come quali

Ferrari 100% porpoising into the final corner and down the main straight today. Quite low frequency

RB just used a set of fresh softs on max, and I think a 2nd set for Perez this session. Seems they're okay to go into quali with 4 sets of softs. I guess with how low the deg is, you can get multiple laps and keep improving on one set

This is why I fear for them when they turn the engine up. It will only exacerbate any porpoising that they have.

Max is still setting quickest laps on his 6th soft lap. Red Bull are no longer a bet, they are a safe investment strategy

0.6s up on PER and 1.0s ahead of the field. Wow. Time to start on next years car 😂

Pole was a 1.28.2 by Perez here last year. Verstappen has already put in a 1.28.4 despite turn 22 being much slower.

I told you guys yesterday that the race pace last year was mid 34s from the first laps. Yesterday everyone was doing 1.35s in their race runs. It's all a ruse.

Any video of that? At first I also thought they might be porpoising, but strangely most other cockpit views look like they are porpoising. Maybe it’s only frequent bouncing due to track conditions.

What do you mean “due track conditions”? Track is silky smooth 😂
