Ralf Schumacher just said that the SC was sent out because the FIA didn't know where Stroll's car was located.

I wouldn't say he is normally particularly well informed, but apparently that's what someone just messaged to him.

With all these cameras they have access to? I have F1TV and i can select Strolls onboard and i knew where he was, so i hardly doubt the FIA didn't know.

Anyway, if they did not know where he was - ok, otherwise this safety car decision was more than strange, and looks like they wanted to give Verstappen the win.
