Yea possibly gap will be 4-5 tenths. Ferrari look good in qualy trim. Chances are of Leclerc coming within 2-3 tenths. Perez Alonso Sainz fighting then for P3-P5 & Mercedes & Alpine being close behind. Very difficult to predict given the low amount of running that we had !

I believe it was his 2nd, as he did a 1.17.7 first. On his run for 1.17.5 he had about 3 or 4 warmup laps it appeared.
Anyway, let's see in a bit.

Lec was indeed quick, and Ham not that far of. But it's a relatively short track ofcourse ..

Yes it's raining. Van Haren says chance of rain during quali is 90%, but I doubt it ever gets wet enough for inters

I just checked the live timing. He did a 1.18.7 on mediums early in the session and his first push lap on the softs was the 1.17.5, and did outlap-warmup-push lap to set that.

According to the FIA there is likely to be another shower just before the end of qualifying Q3 could be great

You're right .. dunno why I thought he did a 17.7
But well, rain as we speak .. so a possible raffle. If it's really wet, won't be too suprised Ham will be in the mix.

Well checo's weakness in changeable conditions has been obvious for a while, but something might really be up with the car. He literally can't keep it on track today....
