The only way this year isn't already lost is if the B-Spec car comes with an Austrian energy drinks logo on the nose.EddyBaggio wrote: ↑01 Apr 2023, 07:31So slow…lets hope that the ”b spec” is significant faster. If not, this is a lost year.
Why would you expect anything. Surely you've listened to what the team have said this season.DiogoBrand wrote: ↑01 Apr 2023, 07:47You're right. It's better we just get used to the team struggling to get both cars off Q1 instead of expecting any good results.
They can only talk, the result is on the scoreboard.Ben1980 wrote: ↑01 Apr 2023, 07:53Why would you expect anything. I dont have a view on what's good enough for me. The performance here, doesn't really bother me. I'm more interested in whether it gets better over the season.
If they keep this spec for Monaco or Hungaroring...this is 120% certain win for Lando
The team has 1 drivers title in 23 years. It's not been a contender for a long time. Still a great team though.DiogoBrand wrote: ↑01 Apr 2023, 08:06The problem isn't the "The car isn't performing as expected but we're preparing upgrades" speech. The issue is having that same speech for the second year in a row. Knowing that there's a game of chairs in management and having to believe that the wind tunnel will maybe help the team forward by the 2025 season.
Like I said, after 10 years there comes a time where we should all accept this once great team is not a contender for anything anymore.
