Hopefully at least the quali sessions and races will be available on F1TV. W Series was not, only race highlights. But with official F1 backing, I assume more of it will be broadcast on their platform.
The weekend format is a bit convoluted, I imagine especially so for casual viewers.
From what I gather, the order of events is Practice 1, Practice 2, Quali 1, Quali 2, Race 1, Race 2, Race 3. However I've not seen it published which sessions will take place on which days, especially with some rounds taking place over 2 days and some 3.
With about 100 fewer bhp, and presumably a similar weight to the W series cars, I expect they will look rather slow on screen, but with aero optimized for overtaking, hopefully the racing will be fun to watch.
Motorsport is also a business. No one will build F1-spec cars for female drivers who are not good enough to compete at this top level. I still think F1 Academy and W Series are not enough, FIA should pay Prema/ART GP to create an additional top F2 team just for women (at best for current W Series champion/vice champion). One year in such a team should be enough to show that you are good enough for F2, then other teams could hire these women. These are the words of Alpine F1 driver Esteban Ocon, who spoke about Bianca Bustamante on the French talk show OpenWorld.
The 18-year-old from the Philippines will race for Prema Racing in the new all-female feeder series: F1 Academy.
Feeder Series spoke to her at the 321 Perform training center in the French Alps [Alex, Genève] ahead of the first race
of the championship’s inaugural season at the Red Bull Ring this weekend.
You were racing in W Series last year. Do you already see differences between the two categories?

I still haven't seen anything suggesting where this will be broadcast, if at all, so I suspect it probably won't. Maybe F1TV will have some coverage of the final round at COTA, which coincides with F1's weekend there.
Seems more likely to get better broadcast coverage in 2024.

This article does say there should be live coverage of the final round at COTA, the first time the F1 Academy races at the same venue on the same weekend as F1.
