I wouldn't count on it, wasn't Wolff talking about a 3tenths worth upgrade for Imola?
The fact is that the car is a dog from the core, and they can't change the core.
They also haven't understood their 2022 problems, otherwise this car wouldn't be another dog. So I'm not very optimistic for '24 either.
3 tenths would mean they outqualify max in Australia and makes it harder for him to overtake them in the race. Would be useful gain I would think. But of course the others aren’t standing still. But there has been so much big talk from Merc behind the scenes so imo there’s big expectations.

I hope so but I learned my lesson in '22. They found solutions (which never came).
Nothing but hollow words. Hopefully they can change that this year

In ultimate quali pace they were at least 1.2 behind the rb...and 0.7 behind ferrari. If AMR DRS was working they would have been behind them. I don't see 0.3 of a second making any difference to their season. Just focus on 2024 now.

If George is to be believed, it’s just a draggy car. The rear wing isn’t the issue.
“To our calculations, we could even take the rear wing off and they’d still be faster than us down the straight – and that’s not even a joke.

I predict a painful race for us fans tomorrow
You don’t have to predict, we’ve already seen what will unfold. That’s how this format works.

Guys. Gray team over here. Please focus on the blue team and its drivers in the corresponding thread.

Even the front wing is a draggy design. The cruvature of the leading edge is opposite to Ferrari and RedBull.

Yeah I don't buy that specific statement at all, that's beyond ridiculous
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

"It's a good indicator of what the problem is in terms of setup," Hamilton said.

What's he going to do about it, tweak the front wing? Disappointing from him and his engineers yet again.

Hamilton might not know that you can't change the cars due to parc ferme.

He was something like 1-1.5 seconds off the front running pace. There is no setup in the world that's going to do anything about that.

This is an interesting tweet, given the rumors...

"Masterclass"? That is a Charles Leclerc love-in  Toto Wollf is going to sign Charles Leclerc. It's a question of when, not if.

No excuses, he's starting to decline, I think this will be his final year, let a youngster have a go.
