How many overtakes on a RB have there been so far? not including the first lap or pit lane overtakes?

Max's starts have been leaving something to be desired since USA 2021. Prior to that, he was above average. He seems to mostly be going backwards lately. I don't know if it's a mechanical issue, something that is systematic with the procedure, or he's just lost the feel for it. Perhaps it's related to the way the Red Bulls struggle to get heat into their tires last year and this year.
Yes, it seems that it could be a tricky weather on Sunday. Let´s pray ...
Just too many slow starts. He need to recognise that. There's always something a driver can improve in such things, like Lewis learned in 2016.AR3-GP wrote: ↑05 May 2023, 00:36Max's starts have been leaving something to be desired since USA 2021. I think its a Red Bull thing. Or more like cars that are good on tires are usually not great at warming them up right away. Aston is somewhat similar. Last year's Alpine and AM were also similar. Checo has also had bad starts like Jeddah.AR3-GP wrote: ↑05 May 2023, 00:36Max's starts have been leaving something to be desired since USA 2021. Prior to that, he was above average. Yeah, pretty much waiting for, 2024. Mercedes will bring this upgrade but it won’t change the outcome this season. RB fans biggest worry right now, is not the competition, but the colour of the livery, and if they like it or not.
George was doing to Max exactly what Max has been doing to everyone else for years. And as George has said, Max doesn't like it being given back to him. Which means it's exactly the right thing to do from George's perspective because Max will end up giving way in order to protect his title chances. This is exactly what Lewis was doing back in the days when Max was being hard-nosed around him. Now Max understands what Lewis was having to do and why.
With any luck the second half of the season might be fun. Red Bull will move onto 2023 development really quickly and hopefully Mercedes/Ferrari/AM can catch-up. 4 teams fighting for wins on a regular basis would be fantastic.
Exactly. Lewis got attacked and labelled weak, constantly leaving doors open, yielding, and supposedly not on the level of the new generation of drivers coming through. All that nonsense.Just_a_fan wrote: ↑05 May 2023, 11:36George was doing to Max exactly what Max has been doing to everyone else for years. Goes around, comes around.
