High revving straight fives instead of v6’s

So I am not a big fan of big na engines.

What about a small NA engine with comparatively small swept cc per cylinder, like the 1.5L V12 from the Honda RA271 or the 0.25L inline-four from the CBR250RR production bike?

There were a number of 250cc four cylinder motorcycles in that category, which are relatively sought after now as not that many production motorcycles rev to 19,000-20,000rpm.

because it has 6 equal firing intervals of 120 deg
(how could it be otherwise ?)

thats a real shocker isnt it, when the exhaust are far apart, that split would make it sound more like two three cylinder engines rather than combining all six to a single point, whats so difficult to comprehend about that?
