According to Mosley, now Bernie is also suing the teams:

I did not think Ecclestone has anything that he can use against them. But Mosley claims this:
Mosley said every team in the FOTA group has been paid commercial revenues for the coming seasons in advance, so Ecclestone will be asking for it back.
"In the case of one team, that would be in excess of £100m pound. In every other case, it is tens of millions of pounds," he said.
I thought it was only Williams that had gotten monet up front. FOTA, in their breakaway statement said that:
Furthermore, tens of millions of dollars have been withheld from many teams by the commercial rights holder, going back as far as 2006.
It makes me wonder what Mosley is talking about.
To make things more interesting, Ecclestone is doing the opposite of what Mosley said: He's finally trying to help solve the problems:

"I say, provided they confirm they will be in the championship for five years, they can spend what they like," the 78-year-old said at Silverstone on Saturday.
Too little too late. Ecclestone for sure cannot expect them to sign up to the current Concorde agreement anymore. The teams will ask for the new Concorde to be signed before making such a commitment to an FIA F1. This time FOM/CVC will be lucky if they get 10% of the proceeds.
What Ecclestone did was not just trying to fix the problem, but also undermining Mosley's stance. If Mosley has lost Ecclestone's support as well, there is not much time left for him as the head of FIA.
Skeptical scrutiny is the means, in both science and religion, by which deep thoughts can be winnowed from deep nonsense.
