McLaren: Hiring Red Bull’s Marshall an “unmissable” opportunity

So from below article, it suggests that Marshall became available recently, after Houldey had been appointed as one of the Technical Directors. After the appointment of Marshall, I thought maybe Houldey was announced, but internally viewed as a placeholder, while they quietly go about getting Marshall.

I was also thinking that the hiring of Rob Marshall might be useful in the event that Mclaren switch to RBPT for 2026. They would have an "inside man" so to speak, someone who was an architect of that PU and it's chassis integration nvm someone who would be on incredibly friendly terms with everyone at RBPT which has untold benefits. Rob might even seek to switch Mclaren to RBPT considering that he has great insight to how good the PU will because he was one of the leaders of that project.

So after checking the telemetry for the last corner it could possibly be flat q3 for two cars in ideal conditions. The Red Bull's and McLaren's, the McLaren's was about 15% off throttle and Red bull 24% (Both very quick lifts).
