The late 94 season Williams actually had a B moniker.

But it's true that it started to become less popular in the late 90s.

Rear right wheel stuck on Charles' car. This man cannot seem to get away from bad luck.

Cautiously optimistic and with all the upgrades hoping for a Ferrari 1-2 which was missed last year.

It's always one step forward and two steps back with this team unfortunately. How is the brand new cutting edge sim already causing such massive issues?
The "simulator data" mentioned are the results of driver input and simulation inputs. Those simulation inputs include many things, including e.g. tyre information through a substantial number of parameters. With incorrect parameters, you get incorrect results, especially with tyre parameters.
In other words, put crap in, get crap out
More likely they were overfitting the model. It's less likely that data collection is broken or collecting the wrong data.

They spent all but the last 12 minutes on high fuel runs to check setup, it's a heavy and lazy car so there's no surprise there.

F1-75 was not lazy here.

Not sure what to think about FP1, lots of understeer and Leclerc was terrible through T1 and T3. Hopefully they have a correct setup now...

I have a carton of milk from 10 years ago that is still more drinkable than these takes of understeery slow car.

Good job by the team, with the fast corners in the final portion of the lap i didn't know what to expect...
The car looked solid all throughout qualifying now let's see race pace.

Leclerc clearly had to risk it all in the fast corners to try and match Max, still a limitation of the car. Still, very close, hoping the race pace is good and a double podium is on the cards! It would be a big momentum boost to confirm the Montreal result. Did Ferrari do any long runs in FP1?

Once again Charles has flattered the performance of the car with that lap taking a lot of risk in the final sector. Obviously that just isn't repeatable over a race distance. Best case scenario I see us holding positions.

I believe there were issues with retreiving data from that session. So I doubt, unless someone tracked it manually, we'll know what the race pace is like.
