The issue is with the strick track limits right now is that if a driver has gone off, they won't be warned by the stewards in time and by then they have been warned, the drivers probably would have already been round another two or three times and then rack up offences quickly.
Not the stewards job to tell driver sqhther they're in or out the lines

Seems like we would not know the final order until after the race due to penalties except for Max.

couldn't find the exact rules, what happens after the next violation(s) after the +5s penalty? Another +5s immediately?
