It’s a mistake. No doubt about it

I'm guessing no new softs?
Russell started with used soft and took 30 laps until stop.
Yes, given that we'd then spend more laps behind the safety car looking after the tyres, I don't get it. I think we will be fine but I also thi k we made our lives unnecessarily hard.

Let’s keep in mind that this will be an sprint…. The first stage of the race had a lot of tire management (which helped the likes of Russell)… There won’t be any tire management, nor fuel saving (they have already saved the fuel under the Safety car), maybe the Hards let’s them push harder for the whole stint without concerns of tire degradation

I’m afraid we’ve thrown away a podium here.

But nit a full length stint and going on used softs is at worst the same situation as others with a faster car.

Let's wait and see. It's not over until the fat lady sings. Also rejoice. Isn't it much better to be anxious for two podiums instead than if you get into top 10?

Longer this gies on the less time we have to rectify things if we get caught.

Fairly new position for the Team to be in all season, nothing to do but wait and see what happens

I'd like to see Lando do a max and drive up to within an inch of Maxs front wing lol

Norris squeezed him back and made space.

What a strategy mess up.

But we should just be fine, thanks to Norris aggression.

The bigger wing may well slow us down a little but the exit we get here is great. Max complaining of the softs, I think we're just about ok as we can get through the high speeds with more pace.
