Thr car was setup for qualifying. So when it got the ride height range when the fuel comes down it was working quite well.
The trick now is to get the car to work at all height ranges in the race.
Mclaren pace dissapeared but looks like they were biased to running on more fuel which was the right choice.

Redbull more dominant than the MP4 4 officially. This car is so quick that 80% of thd grid could win in it. But good job to redbulll.
Checo made the podium look easy.
For Sure!!

Sergio getting to 3rd shows the advantage that car still has.
Merc need to sort their tyre warm up issues, the McLarens dusted Lewis when they all switched to the hards
Despite so high track temperature, Merc still can't switch on the tyres.

There's likely to be a moving relative gap - the hotter temps help them but then everyone else benefits too. But then they seem to keep the tyres alive very well in the race, so it takes with one hand, gives with the other.

Awesome redbull upgrades. Serious pace in the race when thebtyres are fresh. Easily one second a lap faster than the next best. I can see Max winning 20 races this year! It's crazy!

Max had to pull a rabbit from the hat here. He really is the best driver we have ever witnessed. Mercedes should have won this race but threw it away.

Were you watching the same race as the rest of us? Max had a cruise in the Hungarian countryside once he nailed the first corner.

Mega Drive by Verstappen, Norris and Hamilton!

Shame for the bad start of Hamilton but with a few more laps he would've beaten Perez.

Piastri had great pace at the beginning but had a bad last stint. Not sure what happened there? Was it Norris taking it a bit easier the first stint until he undercut Piastri?

Leclerc sounds like he is leaving Ferrari. Might be better for both if he does.

Stop this downplaying of Max, you always need to do it over and over again.

How do you even manage to come to this kind of conclusion? Other than by having your head buried so far up Max's ring?

If Max wasnt involved and checo started where he did, I could have agreed there that Merc could have won the race. But that Merc is still a LONG way off the pace of RB and even the Mclaren when it still has tyre life.
Mess with the Bull - you get the horns.

Won’t get near it during this regulation. Neither will anyone else, unfortunately

As a Merc fan I’m disappointed. We were second quickest so ham really should have been p2. Losing 3 positions at the start completely ruined his race and somehow he was still the first one to pit out of the top 4. Not good. The recovery drive was good but too little too late imo.

Rbr is going to absolutely smash Spa. The perfect season is still on. Unbelievable.

Norris just smashed the trophy of Max with his 'cool' Champagne bottle open trick :D . It fell of Max his podium.
