I am starting to think leclerq has no development skills and no tactic vision during the race

I've been very vocal about wanting him to leave because he deserves better than they've be able to give him in the last 4 years. But there is no one else I'd rather want to win a championship with in a red car

Can you elaborate on this? It doesn’t make much sense in the context of the post you’re quoting, and I don’t think it makes much sense in general.

We still don't know if it's him, but there is talk of two teams having a deal in place to lower the leave to 6 months, so he could join maybe already in January

Okay. I thought that specific rumor was between Mekies and the RB people and from what I read, Mekies departed officially last week so the timing makes sense for 6 months of leave on both sides.

Given's Serra's high-ranking position, I have to think it's him.

It's not the first time a settlement allows the gardening leave to be shortened like they did with Fallows, so if it is 18 months then I guess Nugnes is implying it will be shortened.

Not very familiar names. Not even Serra. Let's see what they make of it. But Ferrari has been the "next year" team for like 15 years now. Doesn't seem too encouraging that they didn't get a notable engineer from RB, Aston and McLaren did that.

But who's going to re-design the strategy team?

Alternatively stay a wast distance behind. On their own Ferrari has been going backwards.

This year has been awful especially considering the base they had last year. A complete disaster and to have a competitive for next year or 2025 will require a miracle.

There will be no competivnes. Lets be honest. Now is just time to set no deadlines and improvements will come naturally. But not 25, 26, not 27... Ferrari just need shut their mouth. Personally i think they lack hugely in some TOP simulation tools. Tire shenanigans are dragging all from 2017...
