Zak, ford CEO, Newey, any idea who the others are?
You probably already know this, but for those that don't, they were all racing at the Monterey Historic's, Laguna Seca.

I guess Adrian saw an easy was to guarantee a big fat payday at his next RB contract review
And Ford CEO with them. Could be the starting talks about PU switch for McL?

You are overthinking this :)

Zak can call any of them at any time & vice verca, they dont need to meet in public like this to discuss such things altough a good deal is always done over a good dinner. You will be shocked to know how close some of these men are in private lives, behind the scenes.

As for Mclaren going with FORD, a consent from RBR will be needed as per the contract they have with them, and I don't think this will happen, but never say never.

Almost the end of summer brake, cant wait for the race on Sunday, we need to bounce back from SPA :)

I know I know.. But RB would probably benefited also by having one more customer.

Confirmation there will be a ‘slightly’ upgrade car this weekend. Let’s hope Zac is being economical with the truth

It's probably fun for Newey and Brown to talk about things other than F1, alongside swapping hats knowing the reaction it would cause during the last gasp of the silly season.

Swapping hats has probably just increased Horner's workload ahead of the grand prix "No Newey is under contract" repeated to infinity. I don't think Red Bull have revealed how long Newey's contract extension is for. But I get the feeling he'll probably stay at Red Bull until he decides to retire, if he ever does.

The original tweet plus a full bag of air that GP Fans managed to wrap around it.

Any McLaren upgrades planned this weekend? Perhaps the last 25% of the package that was delayed from Hungary?

"Slightly modified" could also very well be track specific changes. But if Zak felt the need to add that statement in it might be more significant stuff. Either way, hopefully we can have a good weekend!

McLaren is also following suit. Woking brings a revised rear and lower wing (beam wing). McLaren wants to build on the form that was shown in the races before Spa-Francorchamps.

It is behind a paywall. Revised how? I'm assuming it is minor track specific details get a little efficiency back for the high DF levels. Given the lack of straights and how the car has recently performed it would not be ridiculous to think we might have a good weekend. Here's hoping.

I think that we will see an actual high efficiency RW become available for Imola, btw.

Slightly worried about Aston this weekend. Floor upgrades are the ones that carry the big gains, and they're meant to be bringing that and a few other bits here.

It’s gonna ebb and flow all season behind Red Bull.

Aston where probably *hitting themselves after Silverstone.
