A decent friday and why is this topic dead?
Cars seems to have changed for the better with the Spa upgrades and the little here and there bits this weekend.

It would be better to comp vs RUS Q2 lap tbh. The run plan as I can make out was: lap 20 outlap, 21 fast, 22 cool down, 23 go again. His 1st attempt (21) he aborted because of traffic, 22 included TSU moment and on 23 he was encouraged to keep pushing but aborted because the tyres were overheating.

Not really. Russell's tyres were in much better condition towards the end of his lap. Lap 18 I believe is from before he pitted - wetter track & on spent tyres, prob not the best comp.
