Verstappen is not reporting anything extraordinary. He says he thinks his tyres may have been slightly cold at the start of the lap. So apparently no big mistake that he would report over radio.

An 1-2 will be a reward for all the hard work the team is doing. It will give them even more reason to push. Red Bull must lose two races this year and Mclaren is the one to try and make it happen to defend their MP4-4 record of 15/16 races.

Those laps were not good at all. Piastri had a very bad lap and Lando also did mistakes. I will take P2 but both have to work on that last lap.

Not convinced that a 1-2 was there but pole might have been with a perfect lap. Prior to red flag max showed his hand as well and was quick. think he risked more for final lap (similar to spa)

Yeah the middle sector was poor. Still don’t think pole was on the cards at all. Just a bit closer. Obviously PIA really had a messy one as I think 2-3 was easily achievable

We had before the last lap. I don't think much changed. Only thing I could see is that Max risked more and that the pressure got to our drivers head, they were sitting a while in 1-2.

The laps weren’t perfect.. but I don’t think there was 5 tenths in it to secure pole…

Didn't catch it, bit seems to have been eventful. But, 2nd is great. And again showing second best.
