"Stealth" mode for Singapore - I quite like it.

Yes it is all secret squirrel in these days of rapid development!

I like the livery, but is it weight saving that is really happening here?

Next year we'll see an all-black McLaren with a few thin orange stripes.

It is possible to hide updates in the area of the side pontoons and the bottom.

Possibly at the race, not in this picture though as it is just a Launch render that was used at the start of the year.
But to be honest I don't think the black livery will hide anything at the track.

I also wonder if these "Special Liveries" are an attemp to test different liveries out with the fans and gauge a reaction. I quite like this livery compared to so much orange.
Perhaps a touch more blue on the top of the sidepod ramp itself somehow would be nice, but I wouldn't change much, it looks good.

Thats the launch spec render. So yeah, the car is different from what they have right now, but it doesn't show the upgrades.

I don't mind the blue, I'd like just a touch tastefully used on the sidepods to break up the black.
