This is pretty much what they've been doing in FP with engine modes recently. If we can see this in the telemetry other teams on the grid will aswell. No one will be surprised.

Ferrari aero isn't stable on high yaw angle which happens every time you have a long radius corner, tire squirt gets pulled in by the inwash which totally ruins the floor downforce. Initially journalists reported this as Ferrari having difficulty when strong sidewinds are around, but really it's a high yaw angle.

Silverstone is a low DF circuit while Suzuka is a medium to high:

Barring mechanical failure, don't see why not.

I'm with everyone else in expecting a quick McLaren. Alonso will probably be in the mix as well.

Ferrari, I don't know. The new floor might help but the car just has inherent issues with a track like this.

I think Ferrari will be OK in Qualy trim but have no chance in the race as their tyres get destroyed or managed.
