Mario Isola is saying that the track surface is not very good. The ageing process used doesn't seem to have panned out

Probably will have time to resurface in time for the sprint race.

In contrast to Williams, the RB looked miles better in terms of balance on the softs.

The wind has picked up a bit, it pretty much spat Lewis off the track and Leclerc did
well to avoid damaging the car. The wind + terrible track surface should make for a quite
chaotic qualifying.

Given rb's pace in the mid 33-34 range we can assume Merc did a sprint sim?
