I think McL's driver lineup is similar to Ferraris in that both drivers are of similar age and relatively similar career accomplishments vs. RBR and Merc. That means neither driver is particularly deserving of a #1 status than the other esp. during a race condition. Though Ferrari prob is more biased toward LEC than McL is toward Lando right now. Hopefully this also fires Lando up too dominate and earn that #1 status

... unfortunately for Lewis despite his achievements & history with the team he's in the same situation at Mercedes

Is the RBR data Max only or avg with Checo?

I mean, that's a hugely backhanded compliment. The size of the compliment is equal to the size of the slap it gives Checo, given that Max is arguably the best driver on the grid right now.

Yeah, Checo can't catch a break. Can't lie though, the fact that Horner and Marko think McLaren will be a problem in the WCC makes me very happy

we have scored more points than any other team in the last 3 races combined. Our Qatar points haul was the third highest of the season.

Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

if they keep Chico for the first few races of 24, i think just about anybody they replace him with is going to struggle to get on top of that Red Bull

If we stick to p3/p4 and Ferrari to p7/p8 for all 5 remaining races, well be P3 in WCC.
To do something well is so worthwhile that to die trying to do it better cannot be foolhardy. It would be a waste of life to do nothing with one's ability, for I feel that life is measured in achievement, not in years alone. ― Bruce McLaren

I posted yesterday in the race that Mclaren have gained 104 points in the last 3 races to RBs 74, we are the strongest constructor right now.

We aren't chasing them at all since the Singapore update, they are chasing our points, even if it doesn't win us a crown this year or next.

Edit: Because some people will read too much as per usual, I'm not suggesting that this will continue next year, but RB have to view this as a direct threat and a possibility that with 2 good drivers and 1 good car we may be able to accrue more points than 1 great driver with a great car.

I think it is fair to say that this could be Checo's last season with RB as a result of Mclarens progress.

I have to say it again. Mika Hakkinen should always, always be taken seriously from now on. =D>
I mean, not even the biggest optimist could have imagined this back then.

Stella discussing team orders, the article is very positive to Stella. Also some interesting comments at the end.

Not at all, he was talking about rival teams - Ferrari, Mercedes, Mclaren, Aston, not meaning all teams including red bull.

It has to be Max only. Perez was much slower.
