6 cameras: 2x diffuser/ rear end plate looking forward, 2x front wing looking backward, and 2 in the wing mirrors.
If some get broken off the car still has more to see the tyre and white line.
Any system that is external to the car will be impraxtical and expensive.

There is survailance then physical punishment.
The cars can be slowed or tyres worn down with some kind of slippery/abbrasive/ off camber belt following the track.

On another note. I think the severe tyre waear was helped by the artificial aging process. All it did was blast away the bitumen from the asphalt leaving clean and sharp edges from the gravel/shingle which cuts up the tyres.
Maybe the promoters can buff the track to cut the edge off.
For Sure!!

Shameless self-plug to a track limits thread. Feel free to continue there (or here, track limits were a main character in this race).

Leclerc on pseudo pole then.

Edit: George seems to go backwards every time the car takes a step forwards.

I think even if Leclerc doesn't get ahead by T1 which he really should, then he will be past on the back straight quite easily. The Ferrari has been a rocketship on the straights here.
