Maybe. Oscar must improve in Q2 as his time was very slow in Q1. Q2 won't be that forgiving but I trust in Oscar. He is the fastest driver I have ever seen in his evolution

I'm trying to understand how much this track is rubbering in. We look top 6 at least but I still don't know the relative pace and whether RB really are struggling.

The times were set at similar times, as Verstappen was putting his sectors Hamilton was going 0.5s faster in S2. It's not just track evolution, but as always, Verstappen could be doing just enough for Q1.

I was saying to Farnborough that I think RB will struggle, but there did appear to ve rapid evolution in Q1, but as you say, its probably not the only reason.

In fact Brundle now saying it is hard to understand who really has the speed.

It’s a handful. Team was right about their chances this GP. Tight battle

Looks like my prediction of P6 might be right, sadly.

Both cars in Q3 and now everything goes. The car seems to be in the mix for top 3 so let's make it count.

If Lando puts all of his best sectors together in a whole lap it’s a 1m 35.077👀

I think you might be right. It's close but doesn't seem to be able to challenge for top spots. This is a shame as Red Bull doesn't look unbeatable today.

Critical that he does a good first lap so that he can fully send it on the last lap.
