Mercedes looks even more unsettled today
Temperatures, tyres, might go other way in the race if slow getting heat into mediums.

Did they enlarge the white line for less off-track penalties?

Russell was over at T19 on his run too. Marginally.

not ideal that Verstappen damaged a set of tires, but should normally still be okay for tomorrow.

It was tight but he must have been sitting right on it.

Thought that was always the case? Like with football, if any part of the ball is on the line it is still in play.

I must be getting it wrong.
I thought if 4 wheels went onto the white line, it was over. It was okay if slightly on track still.
Or is it sometimes on the othersise of the whiteline.

Apparently last night the white lines at T9 and T19 were widened to give the drivers more Margin

Secondly, it's hilarious how many people talk here about drivers going outside track limits without understanding the rules.
After consultation with drivers and teams last night, white line in corners 9, 12 and 19 has been widened in view of track limits. Gives drivers a little more leeway. #F1

White line is considered part of the track.
