The 10 laps between 26 and 35 when Leclerc was lapping as fast as Sainz on softer tyre was an amazing effort. With any sane strategy, he had the pace to finish P3 ahead of Lando...
They already brought a floor that improved the car significantly. We don’t know the source. And Ferrari has hired him, he’s allegedly attempting to be hired and you can’t really fault a man for trying.
They have understeer in high speed. Their mechanical grip and traction is good, like in Singaporeorganic wrote:They're having to run their largest rear wing with the Monaco beamwing which could cause understeer for them in the slow speed
I think also a lot of performance of sf23 comes from efficiency which isn't relevant here
