The only way to tell is to watch the race in Hungary.
The Brawn when it's hot is better than the Brawn when it's cold. No one can dispute that, and it seems to be the main variable affecting the race performance of the Brawn.

Is the Brawn when it's hot better than the upgraded Red Bull when it's hot? That's something we'll find out this weekend.

My guess: yes, I think the Brawn is better -- because I think the Red Bull advantage at Silverstone and the Nurburgring is fully accounted for by Brawn's problems with tyre temperature.

Did you see Vettel flying off the track, complaining of overheated tyres and no grip? Red Bull could find it hard this weekend.

2 macs in the top 3. grrreat. I know it's not the race, but it's a much better platform than 17th & 18th. Pity brawns only 10th & 13th. And Vettel 14th while Webbo 4th. Nice one.

Lots of interesting mods by Ferrari and McLaren, and to some extent Brawn. It will be most interesting to see how the weekend pans out.

Looks like Massa doesn't like the mods. He's over 1 second behind. #-o

Both Mclaren and Ferrari have displayed incredible pace in their development. Compared to how far back they were at the start of the season, they have improved a lot relative to the rest. My only question is who will finally win their first race of '09? Mclaren or Ferrari? Maybe neither because both Brawn and Red Bull look awesome.
I believe that Hungary is crunch time for Piquet. Piquet Sr and Briatore are at odds, and when Flavio is pissed, someone gets fired.
Although I regret the firing of Bourdais, we have to move on. I welcome Jaime Alguersuari to the big show, and wish him success, happiness, and health.
Racing should be decided on the track, not the court room.

Did STR finally get the RBR parts? I saw pics on Autosport with the RBR nose, so I assume they get the rest of the deal too?

Yeah it was frustrating watching the 2 practice sessions seeing STR struggle to get into the top 10 but who knows maybe they are doing race setup work since they did combined in both sessions the most laps so I'm still hopeful they will be competetive in FP3 & Qualifying tommorow just need to see what the team has to say after today.
