Another characteristic that you touched on recently is their wind sensitivity

Vowles mentions it in his post-race debrief which is insightful in a number of ways

But says that even a slight rotation in wind direction between Friday and Saturday helped them a lot. Shows their car is still super sensitive to conditions

Car is not too shabby here. Why?

In FP3 Albon's laptime of 1.17.957 was 2.902 seconds faster than his fastest time last year in qualifying

Yes FW45 is a big improvement from last years car, but last year in Q he didn't do any clean laps, he was almost 1s faster in FP3 (1:19.917) than in qualifying (1:20.859).

For this weekend, Williams have finally put Sargeant back on the "new" (Silverstone-spec) front wing. The last time Albon and Sargeant drove the same-spec car was at Zandvoort in August.

That's good. Shame about the three-wheeling in his one session to learn the track

Perhaps a glimpse of what the new williams steering wheel will look like next year.
