Since Miami Perez has 4 podiums. I think it would be ridiculous if he stays in the seat

The fastest starts were by drivers from both RB and AT at Mexico. Given how mediocre the starts are usually, I have to assume this is something to do with the altitude, most likely affecting the gearbox in some way.

I'm not sure I understand this figure. In what sense is it a "reaction time".

From what I saw on the TV, Leclerc actually left his box late. Ricciardo's start also wasn't anything amazing compared to the RBs, visually.

I guess it's just quickest from 0-100 that I'm looking at since it was ripped from the telemetry

Agreed! That move sound around the outside of the Ferrari was great, until he turned straight into it! That was just stupid, had he stuck to the outside radius, instead of aiming for the apex like there was no one else there, he’d have been fine.

He would have missed the corner if you ask me. That move was never there.

If he squared up the corner, he'd have at least stood a better chance of surviving the corner imo.

Anyhoo, the media have ramped up their speculation on Sergio / Daniel's futures to yet another level!

Why? If we look back, there were many cases where they went three wide into this corner and usually only the middle car lost. And even if he would have lost to Ver and Lec by being cautious...he would have ended in P3.
And even if he would have stayed outside, completely loosing it...he would have just gone straight through the gras to the lead, give back one or two places or take a Russel 5sec.
Everything would have been better than turning into the car that he should have seen next to him....and it was clear that the Ferrari is slightly better on the brakes.

Nuts if this happens. Verstappen vs Alonso is a nuke waiting to go off, and off it will go, absolutely no doubt about it. 2007 outcome is more than likely.

Love it

Is anyone credible reporting this? I mean, it would be fireworks but makes zero sense. Feels like struggling journos trying for clicks.
